Based at Quang Minh, one of Atlanta’s oldest Buddhist temples, we blend ancient wisdom with modern practices to bring tranquility to our fast-paced community.

Mission: Atlanta Grant Park Meditation is a volunteer-led group dedicated to helping people find peace, kindness, and wisdom. Rooted in Buddhist teachings, we emphasize mindfulness, ethics, compassion, loving-kindness, and liberation. We welcome people of all religious backgrounds to experience the benefits of mindfulness. Our programs incorporate various Buddhist traditions, with all classes offered in English for accessibility.

Location: We meet at Chua Quang Minh, the oldest Vietnamese Buddhist temple in Georgia, located between Grant Park, a historic intown Atlanta neighborhood. The temple features a towering statue of Guan Yin Bodhisattva and a garden with statues depicting key moments from the Buddha's life.

Teachers: Our teachers come from diverse Buddhist traditions, including ordained monastics and experienced sangha members. We foster a supportive, inclusive community where everyone can share and learn from one another.
